Dear Tumblr Buddy, 

Thank you for answering all of the questions I sent to you.  It is really wonderful to know more about you.  I apologize that it has taken me so long to respond to your new questions.  It has been a little hectic these past few weeks with my interview and getting a new boss at work. Here we go…

1. Do you have any favorite TV Shows? I do not have cable, so any shows I watch are limited to what is available online (hulu.com, etc).  The shows I follow religiously are The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Parks and Recreation, Modern Family, and The Office.  I also love Project Runway, but haven’t watched it for a while.
2. Favorite magazine? I like magazines for the pictures and don’t really read the articles unless they stand out as being spectacular.  I will confess that I love the gossip magazines (US Weekly, Life & Style, etc), but you already know that. ;) I also love National Geographic.  I will actually read those.
3. If you could have any superpower what would it be and why? I was actually talking about this the other night over dinner with my husband. I would definitely want to have the power to be invisible at will. It just has so many advantages.
4. Favorite restaurant? My husband and I are always finding coupons for new places around town to try out during the weekend. There is this new Mexican Restaurant in Akron that I love- Fiesta del Rancho.  We eat there quite often.  I also love The Lockview. Their tater tots. OMG. Love.
5. What is life’s best indulgence? Sweets! I have a major sweet tooth and love all types sweets, with my favorites being anything with chocolate ganache, cookies, blueberry muffins, cupcakes, ice cream….
6. Tattoos/Piercings? I do not have any tattoos.  I admire them on others and I’d love to get one myself, but I have no idea where I would put it.  Besides the normal ear piercing, my nose is pierced and I always wear a Bangladeshi nose pin that my husband gave me at our engagement.  you can see it in this picture.
7. Who is your favorite artist and/or photographer? Hands down, Frida Kahlo.  Her work resonates with me on so many levels.
8. Do you have a favorite celebrity? I always enjoy watching movies with these actors in them: Matt Damon, Penélope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai.
9. Who do you look up to? Do you have a role model? I look up to my grandparents.  They are the most honorable, generous, kind, and wonderful people I know. I have so much love and respect for them. I get a lot of guidance for my life from the writings of Rumi and also Paramhansa Yogananda.
10. What makes you happy?  I am delighted by thoughtful acts of kindness, little surprises, quality time with my loved ones, watching a good movie, and eating a delicious meal (followed by dessert!). I have found that true happiness is only found within myself and does not need to depend on outside factors.
11. Are you fluent in any other languages? Yes.  I am fluent in Spanish. Also, I am trying to learn Bengali.  My knowledge of the language is rudimentary at best.
12. What are your three favorite things about yourself? My kind heart, my smarts, my smile.
